For The Birds Lightshades by Florian Frautli

Lightshades made from tapioca, vegetables, wafers & water. The three different lamps are made from beetroot, blue cabbage and leek. Production follows similar processes to that of paper making in which the materials are thoroughly combined and pressed into a mold to set.
When the product is no longer needed or wanted, the object is completely biodegradable or better still,  the lights can be hung outside in a tree and get eaten by birds.
